USWIC US WATTS Inc. is being acquired by ACCC for 2.5 and it's selling a little under 2.. Teleport buying ACCC has sort of overshadowed this deal..the percent gain as of Friday close would be ~ 30%..the transaction complete date is hoped for in first quarter....big mutuals don't get involved in small plays like this..when VTEL bought Compression Labs..that percent gain spread was also very high...
