Watching Phils game now 2-2 Phils up in bottom of Ninth. And they just announced the 3 runs charged to Papelbon on Chipper Jones HR to win game 8-7--those runs have all been changed to unearned as they FINALLY got it right--the obvious error on Franksen has now been declared an error, it thus would have the 3rd out and inning over and Phils win 7-3(two runs were charged to Horst)--so Franksen error lost the game.
