This pretty much sums it up...

support.t-mobile.com

Just the other day, I thought I lost the phone since I had fully charged it, but when I called it, It did not ring. I had just got back from doing some errands and even backtracked to the locations I visited. So I called TMobile to deactivate the phone because I thought it was lost. I even had Android Lost App on the phone with no functionality. The next morning I went to TMobile and had to pay $20 for a new SIM to stick into an old Samsung Flip Phone so I could get my service restored. Later that day, I found the phone in between the seats in the car. Still a nearly full battery but just "locked up". Dead as a doornail.... Nothing new there...

So now I back to TMobile to get my old SIM reactivated or I could have paid them another fee to transfer my SIM card contacts.

TMobile has replaced the phone 4 times, but just outside of their 3 phone exchanges in a given period to get a different phone.

4 phones, a couple of different versions of OS, and it still is a giant POS.

I resolved to replace it about six months ago, but have been holding out for the IPhone 5.

My wife has a IPhone4 and it works "flawlessly".

Like I said... I wouldn't even give the phone to someone.

I will never buy another Android device again... I would try Windows Phone, but never again Android.

I am done with the Toyota!
