The One 'Daily Show' Clip to Watch About the Conventions—Plus One More theatlantic.com James Fallows again. The one clip is truly hysterical. It pounds an exploding stake through the tattered remnants of the stony heart of the rotting carcass of the dead horse of Fox News' insanely ironic "fairandbalanced" slogan. Yes, that's about as overreaching a hopelessly mixed metaphor I could come up with, but it's fully justified by the devastation of this takedown. I wish it mattered, I fear it's one of these things where everybody with a brain knows this about Fox News, while the parallel universe of stupid people (Merrill Markoe) AKA those proud to have chosen stupidity as a way of life (Norman Mailer) will continue to take Fox seriously and whine about "media bias" whenever anybody says anything bad about any conservative. Sorry, but the clip is truly inspired. I used to always ignore video links, but you owe it to yourself to watch this one.
