Exactly. Then they could even have exaggerated to the max, and still excited everyone. Now? Anyone who reads what actually transpired will be skeptical, instead of wowed. Moronic moves. Both on the movie and on the stills side. Absolutely moronic. On the other hand, seems everyone is screwing up, lately. Seen the latest, horrific - embarrassingly, insultingly stupid - Apple genius ads? Unreal. Back to the 920 photos, though. The ones that were not faked took to me like Nokia is employing some extremely heavy shadow/highlight HDR lifting, within the 920. Personally - as you know - I cannot stand HDR, let alone having it built in, without ever being able to get at the original, unmessed with image files.
