Blankmind, Thank you very much for digging up the 14A! CSCC sales were $341MM. ASND paid .7 x $50 = $35 for each share of CSCC. There were 97.7MM shares of CSCC. So, 97.7MM x 35 = $3.4B. $3.42B divided by 342MM = 10 times sales. Am I correct? Did ASND pay 10 times sales for CSCC??? It's late and I may be missing something. Gary Korn
