JS: good query and the answer is this ... "polarity" (i call it) is THE big problem with time pivots. so, yes, it could be a low. i do have two hits which indicate "highness" but still.

remember when we were discussing Z's magnificent hit on 8/24. llap said: well, let's hope we decline into that date. and so we did. so we didn't know the polarity but we thought to stay long if the market dropped into the date. and chris's coil pattern worked nicely.

if 10/8 is a low, for me it just says stay long. so that's how i turn it into trading strategy. i do want to caution that all of this is like magic: sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. :):):)
