I cannot disagree with you (or really agree as complete nonsense is a dogmatic line also).. it is a dogma case.. but you know the various teacher's unions here are going on / threatening strike.. they say it is for the children.. every time teachers strike up here that is the line.. I wanna puke.. if that were true the teachers unions would get rid of the crappy teachers (number not insignificant) who year in year out do indelible damage on students.. That would be for the children :O)
