Instagram Coming To Windows Phone Later This Year? It became so popular and Facebook recently acquired it for about $1 billion. Now, The Verge is reporting that Instagram is coming to Windows Phone devices before end of this year. More than releasing Instagram as a regular app, releasing it as a Windows Phone 8 Lens app will make the experience so natural on Windows Phone 8 devices.
