I'd prefer no legislation over legislation lacking consensus, any day of the week. If it happens that one party or the other is obstructing, that's fine with me. Really good legislation will find a consensus. Having not read the legislation or a competent synopsis of it, the news accounts are meaningless to me. But I appreciate the link.
