If Actrade is in the market to find someone to help them grow and raise money, doesn't this sound like a secondary offering of shares will be on the horizon?

I don't like the sound of that. If a secondary is announced, that will give you an opportunity to buy back in. However, would you want to at this point? Short-term, secondary offerings usually put downward pressure on stock price. Just supply and demand I guess. Keep demand constant and add supply... and PRESTO!

I would wait until all the distribution is completed and all the overhead resistance from the secondary is taken care of. Then watch the chart again, see the stock base, spot the increase in volume with a nice rise in price one day, and then jump in for the breakout!
