Ted, I will also mention that we are overdue for some real news from Viscount. The latest piece about the strategic advisor for cloud stuff is nice but it is a puff piece and won't move things in this market. I would have thought that the financing piece to the puzzle would have gotten things going but now I think investors want to see the meat and potatoes, they want revenues and profits from the new contracts to bolster the bottom line. Last year, the volume and share price built slowly and then we saw a lot of the good news from last year was released to support the climbing price and volume. I am hoping that the build up on volume is a build up to some good news here. Neal
