First of all, Journalism is supposed to REPORT the News, not put their OWN spin on it, UNLESS it is actually an Op-Ed and noted as such. They are NOT supposed to OMIT the news because "they don't like whatever that news is"....
If an article has someone's name on it, it belongs on the Op-Ed page, NOT on the front page, or even in the front section of the paper.
IF the owner of the publication wants everyone to have their name on the piece, it is an OPINION Journal.....NOT news.
Re your comment: I could never listen long to Limbaugh, or Beck or Lawrence Odonnel (sp?) on msnbc. Too many times they're stretching hard to get 2+2 to equal something other than 4 and I just can't nod my head with the sheep. None of us should. Ed
Too bad for you. You then have a slanted (your version of the truth or reality). I would have thought someone as smart as you are would want to know more about what you perceive as "the enemy".... Most of us here read articles, and sometimes post them, that we don't agree with so that everyone can see 'another view of things and make up their own mind'.....
Has it every occurred to you to wonder at the reason Rush has more than 15-20 Million listeners each day? His reputation is on the line every time he opens his mouth. If he states something from some one else, he documents where he saw/heard it.....if he comments on something else, it is his OPINION..... People in his business guard their reputations carefully, or should.....MSNBC folks are an exception to that rule....evidently they don't care if they are wrong....it's their schtick, and idiots who watch are just that....idiots.
LB has let you post here so far because you have been polite and not throwing vitrol at every turn. This is a very different place from what you are used to at the Center.....Who knows .....maybe we will learn something from you, and oh horrors, you might even learn something worthwhile from this group.....
And to go to your point as something written by a person who said "our media is always sympathetic to America's enemies".......
