We all know that the culprit who caused COREL's falure is Cowpland. To save the company and shareholder's interests we should work together to ouster Cowpland and at least to form a shadow board of management in SI. If Cowpland is gone and we don't want another Cowpland too. We may look back how COREL went wrong. In 1995 if Corel did not buy WP and what kind of business they should develop and if you are CEO what kind of strategy and decision you will make. Don
