Under siege, indeed. 5.5 hour work days, 9 months out of the year -- plus all kinds of time off -- making nearly 100K in salary & benefits.

That would be in the range of $90-100/hour, for a group of people, many of whom, came from bottom 1/3 of their graduating classes. Not bad.
