"Misrepresentation", give me a break. I posted ALL the data, and in your first response, you pick TWO buys to dispute my statement. Now thats mispresentation.

Stocks do not trend down with large block buys in a generally 'up' market. I've been saying for awhile that it looks like there is a lot of large block sells. These statments have been met with rebutals such as 1) That's not a sell, its a swap, look at the buy in the same amount right after it (Not one of the many readers of this thread cared to challange that statement with the fact that thats how NASDAQ generally works -- its not an auction market). 2) The MM has been known to lower the ask to accomodate a large block buy. Right after that trade of 12 5/8's (with a bid of 12 5/8's), the MM lowered the ask to 12 5/8's (Again, no one sees anything wrong with this statement). and 4) all the sells were retail, all the buys were institutional (I find it hard to believe that intitutions never sell)

The fact that LGND is trending down supports my views that the recent large block trades were indeed sells.
