FWIW, I spoke this morning with Gen Mooney (briefly) and with CFO Larry Blount. They were both gracious and willing to answer all my questions. They both expressed the expectation that ESA can be turned around. Mr Blount said their back log and work in progress is strong. He sees possibilities for strong performance from the Utica and Marcellus activity. They have consultants working with the company and are in the process of lining up financing. They expect recommendations from the consultants in 2-3 weeks. I feel very good that they were willing to talk with me and they didn't at all rush the conversation. I was never able to reach anyone at ESA before.
