How the Financial Collapse Would Happen in an Obama Second Term I can't help wondering, what if a collapse is already baked in? Were that so, if it were triggered fifteen minutes after inauguration the winner's party would bear the onus for a couple generations. Lots for an alter kocker to worry and grumble about.
