How is that working out bushwad? Maybe we can expand Homeland Security just a bit and make expectant mothers wear a Mommy Cam to make sure she obeys the law? Good idea, we could mount it to her forehead and point it at her face and make sure she eats just healthy foods. ............Orrrrr as an alternative we could offer free medical care for her to be sure she had the best possible care for her child to be and maybe some health care education to be sure she has every chance to produce a healthy normal baby. I know what my choice is - what's yours?
