Yes. Sorry. I was looking at the website for AccessMedia, featuring Baltic Fast Food AB Sweden, which has three employees. Which one of these entities (i.e.; AccessMedia, or Baltic Fast Food AB) is your European distributor for ACCU-CRISP bags ??? The product is presented there as the "Safety Succeptor". Is there any channel conflict between the Unilever use and this independent distribution ???

As I read your press releases, and Bob Davis' analysis, the ACCU-CRISP bags do not flow through the James River licensing arrangement, are a direct sale by ADTC to Unilever free of royalties to any third party, and can have better margins. Am I in error ??? Are you delivering a finished, printed bag, or some intermediate production step, on this product to Unilever ???

There has been a passing of the baton in your company, to younger people. You have also hired a couple of people who can help you. I wish you the best, and agree completely with your vertical integration ideas, even if you have to go to Spain to get it. <G> It appears to be the only way to avoid licensing-away your margins.
