Roger, thanks for the insight. So the implication is that operating earnings (exclusive of R&D) will sequentially grow during the next 2 Qs with most of the operating earnings plowed into R&D and marketing expenses for Netgain and if Broc is good at selling, we should see decent earnings reported in Q3 of '98. A year ago, a story like this would have lit a fire under a company's shares - but it looks like many investors have moved to Missouri in the interim and will wait for the story to unfold in Q1 of '98. The reward/risk ratio certainly is favorable. Gary
