If there is a delay that misses Thanksgiving (or God forbid Xmas) in releasing the Nokia Lumia 920 because of Microsoft not being ready with WP8, MSFT & Nokia would have missed the best chance they had in a long time (cause there is rumors that WP8 could be delayed because of MSFT). And even worse if they release WP8 prematurely with a lot of bugs.
