Bordynuik is a defendant in lawsuits, and will likely be a defendant in numerous further lawsuits.

Everyone knows that this single one he launched as a plaintiff, was launched purely for the purpose of distracting the anger of his shareholders away from him onto something else. Since this tact is backfiring with the implosion of JBII, this lawsuit will very likely disappear.
