OT In this case it is like they are voiding the sell. I have had IRA accounts restricted for 90 days because i sold something before it settled (I screwed up), but this is different. I sold this stock before they even announced a partial redemption. Normally etrade changes the stock symbol to make it un-tradeable until the redemption is sorted out. They, or the company, screwed up this time.
