Yes, situation must be very irritating to you.

Financial exposure may not be significant though? Stock's now at 23.94, up a few pennies from what would have been or is, or might have been, your cost -- depending on how E-trade settles this thing. (Trying to get some perspective here --- not trying to trivialize anyone's losses/lost opportunity or be presumptuous.) If it happened to me, I'd want to be made whole (not lose a penny).
