It seems a little weird we just went through the official dog and pony show, and can't definitively state one way or the other. This is Apple we're talking about, so if they didn't specifically show it on a slide, my bet would be that it's not there. The official page at apple.com calls the Lightning a "USB 2.0" cable, FWIW.
