Crack open a window unless crime rate dictates not.

Or make sure that your next car has some sort of opening in the top

One that the manufacter designed in is somewhat better than openings that serendipitously appeared.

I've seen something that you can put on top of the window which has a fan so the interior has some movement of air.

Or ride your bike next time.

What you don't have a side car for your bike to carry stuff like groceries, large fans or Rather large mother in laws???
