Messrs Hutchinson has done a great job, as an investor he has shown a remarkable leadership.

As for over all picture I suggest that we take his findings for what its is ... and incorporate it to the main line policy / planning from the Denver head office,as regional office managers in their echelon capacity might miss out on the bigger picture being painted at the CEO and COO level.

Still its a damm good idea to verify the story as it unfolds regionally.
Just dont forget to maintain an over all perspective.

I like working with people who keeps their promise, and Dun certainly is one of them.
