Good move, negative article in Fortune recent issue and insider sales all indicate to stock price going down alot more. I am shorting it because of these very obvious reasons, losing market share to NT, bismal earning, single product comapny and etc... Do not buy because of take-over rumors IBM.. Why would IBM buy NOVL? Those guys are smart enough not to buy into and old technology and try to compete with MSFT NT. NOVL tried this with Wordperfect and you know what happened to it later! they sold it to another loser Correl. they almost lost their shirt.
