Omega Protein Corp. (NYSE: OME) - upped my position by 30% Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Ltd. (NasdaqGS: ULTR) - closed out position I upped my OME position by 30%. Forward PE now at 10. Company well positioned to take advantage of their fisheries to supply end product to Japan and China. Debt profile for OME quite good w/ Long Term Debt only 1.6x annual net income. OME selling at 70% of stated BV (BV $10.33; TBV=$9.68). EKS
