I've been to a shop called FNAC here in Brussels and they sell around 15 different models of digicams. Not all using SNDK's CF. They also had 10 and 20 MB SanDisk CF for sale, they had it showed as if it was KODAK products! (though the CF show the name and logo of SanDisk not of Kodak. But this is good for consumer confidence as European are sometimes slower at accepting electronic devices (new standards entering the market to often make consumers wary). They indicated that it worked on Canon, Panasonic and Kodak cameras. Did not speek to any sales rep. Keep faith! (and patience). Though I won't hide my stress! I'm afraid the market's irrational exhuberance could drive the stock way down.
