A few of the responses from management bother me. 1. No comment is not an adequate answer on the reverse split question. I would have been much happier with a resolute NO. Leads me to believe that they consider this an option. 2. How much cash/burn rate. Why is management unwilling/unable to provide any financial information to the OWNERS of the company. 3. I dont follow the stock price on a daily basis. What kind of answer is that?? You question pertained to the stock price over the past year. Its lost 96% of its value!! Fortunately I didnt buy in the IPO at $7. I would be on management's doorstep protecting my investment if i had. I am positive on this stock and the product but managment must be more forthright with its shareholders. I sent for an investor package and all they sent me was a few copies of press releases (sent directly from humancash no less!!). Positives: Empire Financial, Inc. does exist their website is indexed in Yahoo! Small float can magnify any positive news into a big run up in price.
