I listened to an interesting TED video today.

Scott Fraser: Why eyewitnesses get it wrong. He talks about why an eyewitness is not very reliable most times in crime cases. However early on he talks about the 9-11 event and how its a false memory that anyone outside of New York saw the second tower fall that day. He says it was 24 hrs later before anyone saw the video.

Now the first time I heard him say this I knew he was full of it. I was watching when the first tower fell and didn't leave the room before watching the second one fall. Then I thought he might be trying to trick everyone with wordplay. He repeats it at the end of the talk too. The second tower falling must have been replayed hundreds of times that day. I either don't understand what he was saying or he's just an idiot.

The comments at the bottom of his video supports what I was thinking and they linked many YouTube videos to show what happened that day. I would like to hear other people's memory of that day concerning the second tower's fall.
