I practice medicine for the last 40 years. 'I have practiced medicine for the last 40 years', would be better English (says a Swedish subject). My late uncle, my mentor and also a medical doctor, did indeed use to complain about the rather low educational level of his medical doctor colleges - besides that stuff they read in the medic books that is. While I personally have few doubts about your MD background, it may seem like he was right indeed. /Taro
