Don, For some ideas on incorporating as a trader, the following (albeit fairly inactive) thread has some very informative posts. It seems the question is still open regarding whether filing as a full time trader will cause the IRS to look your way. (maybe less of a chance since Congress spanked their collective pee-pees) Check post #40 which had a particularly in-depth discussion of the merits.
