To Gary, I will step in on this off topic health subject. About the Canola oil being as good as Olive oil. According to most of my research and studies, up until last month, I had always heard that Canola was as good as Olive oil, being that both were monounsaturated. But I read just recently that a study was done and that Olive oil was found to be better. I don't think that it said why and it may have been some other chemical in it other than the fat that was the reason. I think this data was the result of only one study so we will have to see. For now though, I am going with the olive oil, just in case Also recently I have heard the Omega 3 fatty acids being touted. (those are the ones in fish, like Salmon and cod live oil.) My husband has recently just stopped taking his blood pressure medicine and is doing fine and I think it is because he takes cod liver oil religiously lately and I saw an article saying that omega 3 fatty acids was shown to lower blood pressure. Years ago I had always heard that poly were better than mono, but then they started saying that mono was better. Has something recently changed that they are now back to poly being better.
