A natural population crash evenly distributed is what the world needs, as food and other natural resources are getting closer to the maximum output possible.

A world population lower by 35% to 50% evenly distributed will only benefit the standard of living of future generation. An average of below 1.8 to 1.9 children per woman could easily achiev that and should be encouraged mostly in the high birth rate countries. China in a way succeeded to lower population expansion over time many lessons have been learned to apply this program humanly
