Jeff, Brad, and the rest---

Keep up the good work, of course, but I'd like to second David Lawrence's suggestion (in #40, this thread), "And, lastly, have you given any thought to my earlier suggestion for a modification to the Message Manager to take the user to the last message read (or first message not read), instead if he thread header? That would have been particularly useful during the recent (albeit temporary) changes in domain name, when all of the visited links kept going fresh."

I've been reading from both home and work (only during lunch breaks, of course), and so I find that when I've switched systems, I have to count back from the top by the number of new articles. This can be painful on an active thread, or one what you only read occasionally.

The nicest implementation would make the red "(XXX new)" text be a link to the first new article.

Thanks again,
Dick Smith
