The Obama administration has been put in an uncomfortable position by the mideast uprisings, supposedly over the Muhammad video. The administration, as any leftist organization eventually finds, is finding that ruling a nation that has codified principles is a lot more difficult than the "perfect world" fantasies that occupy their minds before taking office. To wit, this administration does not know how to reconcile the U.S. Constitution with their promotion and protection of islam.
As they have scrambled to make excuses for their state department ineptitudes, they are finding that the First Amendment free speech provisions are totally incompatible with their attempts to protect the muslims and their "religion" from criticism of any kind. There is only one truth that can come from this: the islamic religion is incompatible with the U.S. Constitution. In the United States, islam and all other religious constructs must conform with the Constitution, not the other way around. As Obama and Hillary Clinton squirm like worms on a hook, they are finding how un-American their defense of islam is. And this brings to mind another thought.
If Obama is re-elected and rule-of-law citizens want to fight his administration, they should take a page out of Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" book. The way to fight another Obama administration is to throw it into total disarray by offending muslims. If, as the Obama administration claims, the mideast uprisings are due to a fourth-rate movie about Muhammad, imagine what a grassroots cottage industry devoted to producing criticisms of islam would do. Just the use of Muhammad's image would be enough to cause such a massive uprising that mideast embassies would be closed and all troops would be withdrawn from Afghanistan and other outposts. The result would be an accelerated walling off of muslim countries from the rest of the world - which I contend would have happened anyway over a longer period of time.
If the number of voters who fantasize about utopia outnumber the down-to-earth realists who vote, woe be to us. Another Obama term is truly incomprehensible. Even without the islam problem, a second Obama administration, should it come to pass, would be frighteningly tumultuous, if not violent. If reducing the effectiveness of Obama in a second term is necessary, massive disruption at almost no cost can be caused by forcing his administration to deal with their incompatible position on islam as it relates to American law.
