msmth: As I understand from what you said you have a self-managing IRA with 23% in ten positions. What do you mean by positions-10 different options, etc. or stocks or a combination of both? You plan to build up your portfolio to 30-40 options, stocks of combination of both with the rest for aggressive strategies? I don't know what you mean by aggressive strategies-very speculative? In the end, 75% of your total IRA monies will be in these 30-40 positions and the remaining as speculative cash reserve.
