I'm going to try to give you the overview, in 4th grade terms.

A couple of suggestions........first I wouldn't listen to Morris about the weather let alone his take on anything economic. That actually is the problem most Rs have these days.......they listen to idiots re important topics. And yes, I know that Morris once worked for Clinton......the operative words being once worked.

Secondly, the capital gains tax reduction wasn't passed until 1997; well after the economy was into a sustained recovery. At best, it gave a minor boost to the expansion. At best. And I know I am repeating myself from a prior post but damn, you can be dense at times.
