Best tax the big speculators with a special trading tax based on open positions, they bring nothing to the table. Liquidity is generated by small investors /speculators and pricing distortions by the bid speculators like Hedge Funds and WS so called investment banks. Citi, JPM, GS, MS, BAC, and the like are the worst entities engaged in this type of transgressions
