Update CSO from 08.03 I am holding this from 0.11 or so... and I've been saying for some time now that I believe a major move is underway. They are intent on finding a large offshore buyer for their high quality met coal, and look as if they will do it. The technical side of my call is reinforced by the ultra tight Bollinger wraps on the momentum indicators.
