I don't know the name of the CEO that was in charge of Mercury Finance (MFN) when the CFO cooked the books, but he should be near the top of the list. MFN stock went from $15 to $2 the day the news was announced and it is now trading at $0.75. The company's ability to survive is now in doubt.
