Meathead - Thank you for the response. I get my feed via modem and do use some software packages, but they are not very graphics intensive. I guess my question basically was that from what I read at the consumer level, the PC rags say any Intel chip that currently runs much faster than 200 mhz is 'performance constrained' by the 66mhz bus, so one will not see all the performance the chip is capable of until the faster 100mhz bus is released via the BX chipset. That's why I had mentioned that some of these same magazines say buying a 300 mhz PII today does not get you much more performance than a P233, and it's due to the slow bus and I/O subsystem. I guess what you are saying is that the faster bus will really make the newer and higher clock speed chips perform!
