Charles - Dell is not really even on the radar screen in terms
of home sales. In Q3, they sold 1.2M systems worldwide. Out
of that, ~50,000 were to home users... so what's that,
about 4%?

Dell's strategy is brilliant. Go after the exploding high margin Wintel server and workstation business while it's young and ripe. Estabilish yourself as #1 in this area before too many get
a foothold.

Many of the uninformed think they are going to get their clock cleaned by avioding the bottom of the home segment. My assertion
is, well, theyr'e uninformed.
