Chuca: Yes, indeedy, Franklin Lake is prime, Grade A, all-American BLM beef, so the patent moratorium means Naxos cannot patent the lakebed. A shame, because we'll always have to worry about the the dreaded "R" word (Royalties!) until the moratorium is ever lifted.
