A very healthy nut. who did not become healthy untill I started following Dr. Davis. Btw he is a very serious cardiologist who is revolutionizing and undermining everything the framingham heart study calls standed of care! Remain ignorant it does not hurt me a bit. Before I followed Davis my total cholesterol was always in the 300 range. HDL was 30 now 68 Triglycerides were 200 and above now 60 LDL over 200 now 80 Today LPa 4 Blood pressure 100/60 Resting heart rate 41 CRP under 1 On zero meds. How are you doing Carl?
