I've long maintained that when the authorities apprehend these violent, sub-human, feral creatures, they should move quickly to observe their right to a speedy trial, and then exterminate them. Millions of innocent people would be alive today if violent animals were exterminated immediately after their apprehension and trials.
Today, more proof of that rings true once again [1] as we have learned that a former GITMO Muslim savage, who was released, went on a homicidal rampage in Libya against a consulate.
Again, whether we are dealing with Black flash mobs, Islamic terrorists, murderers, rapists, or sub-human beasts who walk around assaulting innocent people for thrills or out of hatred, they should be exterminated to save innocent lives. In contrast, they are allowed to live and typically returned to society because the most elite tier wants that threat among us to keep the need for government protection foremost on the minds of the masses.
