I think Mitt can manage and delegate witness Bain"s and the Olympic successes. The problem I think is that Romney thinks he has to defer to the professional political managers as he doesn't consider himself an expert in that field like he does in business. At least that is my take on it. To me there is no question he is a good manager/leader in fields wherein he is familiar.
